We believe that promoting diversity requires two key elements to work in tandem: a highly inclusive workplace culture where everyone acknowledges each other’s presence, and a work environment where each employee can utilize their abilities to the full. This dual approach vitalizes the workplace, creating a more equitable environment that benefits both the organization and its employees.

Regardless of age, gender, values, sexual orientation, disability status, lifestyle, personality, or other factors, we respect and honor each other's differences, allowing every employee to find meaning and fulfillment in their work, thus enabling them to continue working with enthusiasm. This is the driving force behind our manufacturing.

To achieve this, we aim to promote initiatives not only to promote women’s advancement but also to further invigorate the workplace and the company as a whole, and are working to reform mindsets and the corporate culture so that each individual can continue to utilize their abilities to the full.

Cultivating a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) is an ongoing process that requires a significant investment of time.

We are constantly envisioning what our company will be like in the next 10 or 20 years, and by attentively taking in-house feedback on board, leveraging each other’s strengths, and complementing one another, we are working to unleash greater team power than ever before and propel the organization forward.

To accelerate our efforts to promote diversity, we believe that “individual autonomy” is a crucial point. The sense of “fulfillment” and “joy” in work, as well as the values associated with it, differ for each individual.

How one perceives and approaches their work.

We believe that eliciting these states leads to individual autonomy and vitalization of the entire workplace. To achieve this, it is essential to foster an environment where everyone can become self-reliant and self-directed, feeling a sense of growth and fulfillment. We will flexibly implement diversity management training, career autonomy support, workplace vitalization support, and other initiatives tailored to the state of the workplace with the goal of building a foundation that connects each employee’s individuality and continues to create our company’s future and possibilities.
