Co-creation Research Center
Widely used in automotive motors, reactors, sensors, and other components, soft magnetic materials are required to have improved characteristics to realize further downsizing and improved efficiency.
To meet these needs, Tohoku University and Daido Steel have established the Co-creation Research Center to promote a wide range of joint research, from basic research on technical issues specific to soft magnetic materials to the development of new materials through cross-departmental collaboration between university researchers and corporate engineers.
Working with Tohoku University based on a strong industry-academia collaboration system, we will contribute to the realization of a green society by accelerating research activities on high-performance soft magnetic materials that contribute to CASE-related technological innovation and human resource development.
